Unoriginal.
This is kind of relevent, especially for windows 95 and Vista, but overall, it's just a sad attempt to poke fun at Windows, which, by the way, stopped being funny about 6 years ago. Well, unless you count Vista. But this isn't funny because Microsoft is cleaning up its act on this kind of issue, so there's no real point in trying to make fun of them.
Sorry, but this really doesn't deserve a reccomendation.
